Common questions
Can I upgrade my subscription?
Yes, you can upgrade at any time and instantly receive the benefits of the new tier. You'll pay a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing period, then be billed at the new rate when your subscription renews.
Can I downgrade my subscription?
You can downgrade to any paid tier at any time. Your current benefits remain active until your subscription renews. Previously uploaded videos and photos stay in your diaries unchanged, even if they exceed your new tier's limits.
What happens if I cancel?
Your subscription remains active until your next billing date. After cancellation, your uploaded content is retained for 12 months, during which you can reinstate your account. After 12 months, content may be permanently deleted.
Do you offer refunds?
For annual subscriptions, we offer a full refund if requested within 14 days of renewal. Monthly subscriptions are not eligible for refunds, but you can cancel anytime to prevent future charges.
What if my video exceeds the quality limit?
You can upload videos at any resolution. If a video exceeds your tier's quality limit, it will be automatically downconverted to fit your plan before being stored on our servers.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes, contact our support team to suspend your account for up to six months. We'll continue to store your content during the suspension. After six months, suspended accounts are treated as cancelled.

- You may have one video diary for each of your children (natural, adopted, or step). Users who create unusually large numbers of diaries may be asked to provide documentation.
- Videos may be uploaded at any resolution. If an uploaded video exceeds the allowed resolution for your plan, it will be automatically downconverted before being stored on our servers.
- To keep a Free Forever diary active, at least one asset (video or photo) must be uploaded per year.
